These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Arrow Collect, including the game, website, related features, content, and services provided by DotVector.
By downloading, accessing, or using Arrow Collect, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use Arrow Collect.
If you use Arrow Collect on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of Arrow Collect after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Arrow Collect at any time, including features, levels, rewards, advertisements, or availability of the service.
You may use Arrow Collect only if you are legally able to enter into these terms. If you are under the age of majority in your location, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms for you.
Arrow Collect is not directed to children under 13 years old, or a higher age where local law requires it. If you are not old enough to use the service, you must not use Arrow Collect.
Arrow Collect may not require a registered account. You are responsible for the device, store account, and settings you use to access the game. You must keep your device secure and comply with the terms of the app store or platform through which you download Arrow Collect.
Game progress, coins, stars, settings, and similar gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, changing devices, or clearing device storage may permanently remove that data.
Subject to these terms, DotVector grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, access, and use Arrow Collect for your own entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, or create derivative works based on Arrow Collect, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
If Arrow Collect allows you to submit content, messages, names, images, feedback, bug reports, reviews, or other materials, you are responsible for what you submit and must have all rights needed to share it.
You grant DotVector a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, display, and distribute your submitted content as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect Arrow Collect.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you agree that DotVector may use them without restriction or compensation to you.
You agree that you will not use Arrow Collect to:
Arrow Collect may include virtual coins, stars, hints, levels, rewards, or other digital items. These items are licensed to you for use in the game only and have no cash value unless we expressly state otherwise.
Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, taxes, and payment disputes are handled according to the rules of the app store or payment provider you use. We may change, remove, limit, or reset virtual items where reasonably necessary to operate the game, address abuse, or comply with law.
Arrow Collect may show advertisements or use analytics and advertising partners to help provide, measure, and improve the service. Third-party services may collect or process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Links or integrations with third-party services do not mean DotVector controls or endorses those services. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable third-party terms before using them.
Arrow Collect, including its game design, software, levels, artwork, text, graphics, screenshots, logos, sounds, and other materials, is owned by DotVector or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may not use DotVector names, logos, branding, or game assets without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
If you believe content in Arrow Collect infringes your rights, contact us with enough detail to identify the material, your ownership or authorization, your contact information, and a statement that your report is accurate.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Arrow Collect, remove content, reset progress, or take other reasonable action if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for other users or DotVector, or if required by law or platform rules.
You may stop using Arrow Collect at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and dispute terms.
Arrow Collect is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotVector disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that Arrow Collect will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of harmful components, or that progress or content will always be available or preserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotVector and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost progress, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DotVector's total liability for all claims related to Arrow Collect will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Arrow Collect in the six months before the claim or USD $50.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DotVector and its affiliates, officers, employees, partners, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Arrow Collect, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where DotVector operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Before starting a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the courts or dispute-resolution process that applies under mandatory law in your location.
Some regions give consumers rights that cannot be limited by contract. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights you may have under mandatory local law, including rights related to refunds, digital content, privacy, or consumer protection.
